Distinguished Workshop Held on “The Roadmap to International Scientific Publishing”
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University; Professor Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Professor Dr. Osama Mahmoud Qurni, Dean of the Faculty of Education; and Professor Dr. Ahmed Fikry Bihensawy, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Reflecting the Faculty of Education’s strong belief that scientific research is the gateway to academic leadership and global impact, a distinguished workshop entitled:
“The Roadmap to International Scientific Publishing”
was successfully conducted by Professor Dr. Mohamed Amin Mokheimer, Professor of Curriculum and Methods of Teaching English.
During the workshop, he provided valuable insights and extensive expertise on the mechanisms of publishing in prestigious international journals, research quality standards, methods for selecting appropriate journals, and strategies for preparing research papers capable of competing on a global scale.
The workshop addressed practical steps beginning with the development of a research idea, followed by study design and manuscript preparation in accordance with international standards, and concluding with effective approaches for responding professionally to reviewers’ comments and recommendations.
It also highlighted common mistakes that hinder international publication and offered practical solutions to help researchers overcome challenges and achieve successful publication outcomes.
The workshop witnessed remarkable engagement from researchers and postgraduate students in a stimulating academic environment that reflected a genuine passion for learning and professional development.
Through such activities, the Faculty of Education reaffirms its commitment to preparing a generation of researchers capable of representing Egypt within the international academic community and contributing to the production of high-quality, impactful knowledge.
