Research Abstract

The Organizational Creativity in the Egyptian Special Education Schools in the Light of Ergonomics "A Suggested Perspective" The development of special education schools in Egypt is one of the most important priorities of the Ministry of Education, In belief of the importance of saving a distinguished education to all students with all abilities, This is reflected in the inclusion of the strategic plan of pre- university education 2014-2030 with a program of special education, The development of special education schools in Egypt can be achieved with Organizational creativity in which it works to create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation among its employees, and provide the appropriate school environment to achieve the best results in a good way, the achievement of organizational creativity in private education schools requires personal and academic abilities of its workers, this confirms on the importance of using modern administrative approaches in development, Ergonomics is one of these approaches that care about human building engineering according to the data of environment and its variables, helping to achieve organizational creativity in Egyptian schools of special education. The current reality of special education schools indicates that it suffer lack of a clear vision and mission, the absence of specific and clear objectives, the weakness of teachers participation in school performance planning, weak of cooperation by parents of students with teachers, lack of educational facilities and buildings equipments, classrooms and laboratories, The weakness of school leaders' role in supporting teachers, the weakness of keeping pace with scientific and technological developments, and weakness of teachers morale in special education schools. Thus, the schools of special education needs to be developed and to adopt administrative approaches that enable them to achieve organizational innovation in order to enable employees to innovate and create in performance by providing a safe environment in school, encouraging work, And thus provide creative ideas to overcome the problems of special education schools in Egypt, and achieve organizational creativity, So the current study tries to answer the following main question: How organizational creativity can be achieved in Egyptian special education schools in the light of Ergonomics? The following questions can be branched in: 1 What is the intellectual framework of Ergonomics and its applications in educational institutions? 2 What are the theoretical foundations of organizational creativity in educational institutions? 3 What is the reality of Egyptian special education schools in the light of Ergonomics? 4 What is the Suggested Perspective of Organizational Creativity in the Egyptian Special Education Schools in the Light of Ergonomics ?. The study used the descriptive approach as the most appropriate method to describe the theoretical framework of Ergonomics, and defines its properties, its importance, its fields and the procedures of its application, and defines organizational creativity, its characteristics, requirements, fields, stages of application and the factors effect on organizational creativity in special education schools. The study was based on the organizational Ergonomics which consists of (work system, work environment, individuals and work groups). The study was limited to special education schools in Beni Suef governorate(11school) which included various disabilities , Sample of the Study was the managers, teachers and educators of special education in Beni Sueif Governorate. The study included a number of items: • The first item: Ergonomics and its applications in educational institutions, ensures the characteristics of the Ergonomics, its importance, its procedures for use in educational institutions. • The second item: the theoretical foundations of organizational creativity in educational institutions: ensures the characteristics of organizational creativity, its components, fields, stages, factors affecting it, and its constraints. • The third item: the reality of special education schools in Egypt in the light of organizational creativity: ensures, the philosophy and objectives of special education schools in Egypt, and the reality of organizational creativity in the Egyptian special education schools in light of the of Ergonomics dimensions. • The Fourth item: the field study and its results: ensures the objectives of the field study, its tools, and the results of the field study. • The fifth item: the Suggested Perspective, includes its principles, objectives, dimensions, implementation steps, and obstacles to implementation and how to overcome them. The study presented a Suggested Perspective of Organizational Creativity in the Egyptian Special Education Schools in the Light of Ergonomics, The dimensions of it were: the work system, includes changing the regulations and laws governing the work of the special education schools; establishing a department for human resources management in the special education department; Periodic training sessions for employees in the field of special education, activating communication with civil society institutions and bodies concerned with the care of those with needs, and t forming flexible and scalable organizational structures
