Meeting of the Student Affairs Committee – Faculty of Education, Beni Suef University
The Student Affairs Committee of the Faculty of Education – Beni Suef University convened on Sunday, April 6, under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Mohamed Mostafa Taha, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. The meeting reaffirmed that students are the true core of the educational process.
The committee reviewed academic advising records for both the general and special programs and followed up on the regular progress of the academic schedule (Prof. Dr. Abeer Ahmed Ali and Prof. Dr. Abdel Moiz). Approval was granted for the financial value models for the second semester (prepared by Prof. Dr. Nermeen Abdo and Dr. Manar Fathy). The meeting also included an update on the university platform and efforts to resolve challenges faced by both faculty and students (Prof. Dr. Iman Mahdi).
Suggestions were made regarding the appropriate number of students to be admitted in the upcoming academic year, in line with the college's human and material resources. The implementation of the new curriculum for the third level was also followed up (Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Samir and Dr. Abla Fathy), along with general student affairs (Dr. Ahmed Okasha and Ms. Abeer Abdel-Aty).
The committee further discussed ways to enhance educational services, strengthen academic, psychological, and social support for students, and provide a stimulating university environment that fosters creativity, belonging, and excellence.
The Faculty of Education affirms that education is not merely a curriculum to be taught, but a mission to be carried, a value to be instilled, and a hope to be created. Caring for students is not just an administrative responsibility—it is a national and moral duty.
Sincere thanks and appreciation to the members of the committee who work quietly, sowing hope and steadily building an educational system capable of meeting challenges and making a lasting impact.
