Community Participation Standard Team Meeting held within the activities of the Quality and Accreditation Unit

Within the framework of the directives of University President, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Osama Mahmoud Korani, Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Azzam Abdel Nabi, Director of the Quality Unit. Today, the Graduate Studies Standards Team and the Community Participation Standards Team held their first meeting to identify the requirements for meeting the standard, indicators and practices specific to each standard, and to determine the tasks of the team members within the unit's activities to qualify the college for accreditation.

Meeting of the Postgraduate Studies Regulations Preparation Committee to discuss the general framework for developing the regulations sent by the Educational Studies Sector Committee in preparation for developing the regulations for professional and special diploma, master’s and Ph.D degrees for the college.

About Faculty

The establishment of the college
The College of Education was established by Presidential Decree No. 239 of 1983, and studies began there for the academic year 1989/1990 for the Basic Education Division and in 1992/1993 for the General Division with its various specializations.
The university’s logo represents the image of the Pyramid of Meidum, which is one of the oldest Egyptian monuments in Beni Suef Governorate, and is a symbol of it. The Great Nile is the symbol of life for Egyptians, the ear of wheat is a symbol of goodness and growth, and the disc of the sun is a symbol of the sunrise and the beginning of a new era for our fledgling university.
The College of Education in Beni Suef currently consists of five departments that work to achieve the vision and mission of the college and meet its need for faculty members in all subjects and academic specializations provided by the college. These departments are:
(1) Department of Curriculum, Teaching Methods and Educational Technology.
(2) Department of Educational Administration and Comparative Education
(3) Department of Educational Fundamentals.
(4) Department of Educational Psychology
(5) Department of Mental Health.
