The required documents are as follows:

1. Certificate of Qualification
2. Professional Diploma Certificate and a Special Diploma Certificate for Master's degree applicants.
3. Professional Diploma Certificate, Special Diploma Certificate, Master's degree certificate, and a copy of the Master's thesis + a copy on a disc for those obtained from outside Beni Suef University for Doctoral degree applicants.
4. Birth Certificate
5. 2 copies of an ID card
6. 6 Personal photos
7. Military Service Status Certificate
