Psychological Hardiness and Its Relationship with Vocational Satisfaction of Special Education Teachers

Abstract
The present study aimed to determine the psychological hardiness and its relationship with vocational satisfaction of special Education female & male teachers. Descriptive method was used on a sample of (62) male and female teachers (23 intellectual impairment , 18 visual impairment , 21 hearing impairment).The study used a scale of psychological hardiness and a scale of vocational satisfaction. The results showed a correlation statistically significant between psychological hardiness and vocational satisfaction among special Education female & male teachers, the results showed that there are no statistically significant between (teachers who teach to intellectual impairment children , teachers who teach to visual impairment children, teachers who teach to hearing impairment children) in the psychological hardiness, also there are no statistically significant between (teachers who teach to intellectual impairment children , teachers who teach to visual impairment children, teachers who teach to hearing impairment children) in the level of vocational satisfaction . The results also showed that there are no statistically significant between the most experience male & female teachers (more than 5years) and the least experience male & female teachers in the level of psychological hardiness. that there are no statistically significant between the most experience male & female teachers (more than 5years) and the least experience male & female teachers in the level of vocational satisfaction.
