Some personality variables contributing to the success of students of industrial education colleges in their studies

Research Abstract

Abstract The study aimed to identify the relationship between the three variables of study (mechanical readiness - practical tendency – achievement motivation) and the achievement of the students of the Faculty of Industrial Education, and determine the differences House students of the first and fourth division, and the extent of the contribution of the three variables of the study to predict success. 278 students (128 students) and 150 students (4). The study used the following tools: 1. Battery mechanical standby include: A ) spatial perception test prepared by the researcher. B) Testing the perception of spatial relations by the researcher C) Test the spatial direction of the researcher D) Test the estimation of the lengths and percentages of the researcher's preparation E) Test the deceptive forms of the researcher's preparation And / the mechanical information test prepared by the researcher 2. The practical tilt test prepared by Mohamed Anwar Ibrahim Farraj 3. The test of achievement motivation prepared by Ibrahim Qashqosh and Safa Al-Assar The study found a correlation between the three variables of study and the academic achievement of the students, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences between the students of the first and fourth divisions in all the variables of the study for the benefit of the fourth year students. The results also showed that the variable of the practical tendency is related to success followed by mechanistic readiness and finally the motivation of achievement in the percentage of contribution of each variable in the success of students.
