Title: A Suggestive Perspective To Achieve Egypt Vision 2030 – Pre-Higher Education - In The Light of Education for Hope Among The Students Teachers. Prepared By: Salwa Helmy Aly Youssef Abstract The study aimed to develop a suggestive perspective to achieve Egypt vision 2030 – Pre-higher education domain- in the light of education for hope among the student teachers. Accomplishing the Main goal depends on identifying education for hope (concept - importance - components). As well as, Determining Egypt vision 2030 - Pre-higher education domain- (Quality - availability - competitiveness). In addition, examining the reality of education for hope among students teachers at Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. The study used the descriptive Methodology. A questionnaire was applied to reveal the reality of practicing of education for hope among the students, it was applied at Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. It was applied with 392 fourth year- students, in the first semester of the academic year 2016-2017. The field study indicated that: Posing Educational issues relating to Egypt vision 2030 - Pre-Higher education domain- is medium. Students practice the components of education for hope (dialogue, critical thinking, self-confidence, Praxice) with medium degree. In light of the theoretical and field study, a proposed perspective for achieving Egypt vision 2030 - Pre-Higher education- was developed in the light of education for hope for students teachers.
