Summary of the Research
Introduction:
In the 21st century, universities strive to acquire intangible assets such as a strong public image and organizational reputation. Organizational reputation represents the prominence and widespread recognition an institution enjoys among its stakeholders, signifying its superiority over competitors in providing high-quality services. Enhancing a university's organizational reputation attracts top talent, investors, and fosters sustainability, ultimately benefiting all stakeholders. The organizational DNA approach can help institutions, particularly universities, achieve this distinction. This approach centers on four key components: decision-making rights, information, motivators, and organizational structure. By focusing on these elements, universities can identify their strengths and weaknesses, cultivate a unique identity, and project a favorable public image, ultimately bolstering their organizational reputation.
Problem of the Research:
Despite ongoing efforts to achieve prominence among other universities, Beni-Suef University faces challenges in certain dimensions of its organizational reputation, resulting in a weaker overall reputation. Modifying the university's organizational DNA can foster a distinct organizational structure, strengthen its identity, and improve its public image, ultimately contributing to a positive shift in its reputation.
Therefore, the research question is:
How can a structural model be designed to improve the organizational reputation of Beni-Suef University, taking into account the organizational DNA approach?
Sub-questions:
1) What are the theoretical foundations of organizational reputation and organizational DNA in contemporary academic literature?
2) What insights emerge from a documentary analysis of Beni-Suef University's organizational reputation and organizational DNA?
3) What is the current state of Beni-Suef University's organizational reputation and organizational DNA, and what are the potential improvements based on the organizational DNA approach?
4) What is the relationship and impact of organizational DNA on the organizational reputation of Beni-Suef University?
5) What is the proposed structural model to improve the organizational reputation of Beni-Suef University, utilizing the organizational DNA approach?

The university's organizational DNA, in its four components, also shows weaknesses. The research, through its hypotheses, validates a positive and statistically significant relationship between organizational DNA and the university's organizational reputation. The study also reveals a positive and statistically significant impact of organizational DNA on various aspects of the university's reputation, including quality of service, creativity, emotional appeal, academic leadership, social responsibility, and decision-making rights. The proposed structural model, aligned with the components of organizational DNA, is validated based on these findings.
