Title:- The Effectiveness of a suggested program in developing artistic and manual Skills and Creativity of student Teacher, Faculty of Education using Environment Materials.

The problem of the present study is crystallized in the possibility of developing artistic and manual skills of student teacher using natural environment materials. The researcher the experimental method with a sample of 60 girl students of the third year divided between the experimental group ( 30 girl students ) and the control group ( 30 girl students ). The experimental group studied the suggested program. An artistic and manual skills scale and a creativity scale were administered afterwards. Statistical analysis of the data indicate that there were statistically significant differences at 0.01 level between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post administration of the scales in favor of the post. This result may be attributed to the effectiveness of the suggested program. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the control group in the pre and post administrations of the scale.

Introduction:-
This study attempt to give the kindergarten students teacher what they may be missed in the performance skills of synthesis and formation and exploitation of the availability of environment raw materials for innovation toys take into account the standards of security and safety use it during activities of daily program in kindergarten with children, instead of resorting requesting to purchase readymade manufactured toys and aids, and after exposure to the proposed program of study she will be able to creating different toys and all that may lack in kindergarten and then kindergarten student transforms from the -style consumer purchasing pattern to the productive and add a touch to the real society in which they live.
Objective of the study:-
The present study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a proposed program to give the kindergarten student teacher the performance skills necessary to create dimensional toy in the light of security and safety standards during synthesis the environment raw materials.
The study sample:-
A sample of (50) female students from the third year the Childhood Division, Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University, were selected randomly, and were represented in one experimental sample group.
Results of the study:-
The results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average-level the sample experimental students measurements of tribal and post the dimensions of the performance skills Note form by an application program and beyond for the benefit of telemetric, and is attributed to the effectiveness of the program to give the sample test students required skills performance, including: (creativity performance skills, synthetic constructions performance skills, artistic performance skills, composition performance skills, functionality and productivity performance skills, the total score), also found statistically significant differences between the average-level students the sample experimental measurements of tribal and post the dimensions of the standard evaluation of dimensional toys before applying program and beyond for the benefit of telemetric, where it came from the values of T function at the level of 0.01 for all dimensions of the standard (educational dimension, creativity dimension , structural dimension, artistic dimension, cultural dimension, aesthetic dimension, environmental and health dimension, synthesis dimension, economic dimension, productive dimension of career, the total score) and this indicates the effectiveness of the proposed program in giving students the ability to investigate the safety and security factors for the toy when produced.
