Researcher name: Siham Yassin Ahmed Abdel Alim Thesis Title: - Professional pressures of faculty members in Egyptian universities and their relation to some variables Mission: Faculty of Education, Beni Suef, Cairo University The study aimed to uncover the most important professional pressures that can be faced by faculty members in Egyptian universities and to know the extent of these pressures according to some variables The study used the descriptive method based on a questionnaire and then applied to a sample of 1010 faculty members The results showed that the respondents perform their work in light of many of the professional pressures placed on them. The study made a set of recommendations, taking into consideration that it is based on the results of the study

Abstract PhD thesis Name of the researcher: - Siham Yasen Ahmed Abdul Alim Thesis Title: - Requirements for developing the academic performance of faculty members in the Faculty of Education in Egypt in light of contemporary societal challenges Study Entity: Faculty of Education, Beni Suef, Cairo University The objective of the study: - To reveal the contemporary societal challenges and their impact on university education and to know the most important requirements to develop the university performance of faculty members in the Faculty of Education in light of these challenges. The study used the descriptive method to address its problem using a questionnaire applied to a sample of (502) faculty members from (15) faculty of education in Egyptian universities. Results of the study showed the following: The members of the sample indicated the importance of the requirements mentioned in the questionnaire to improve the performance of faculty members, as well as the weak availability of most of these requirements The study concluded with a set of recommendations that contribute to the development of the performance of faculty members in the faculties of education
